What do we do?

We are a family owned and operated general contracting company serving Puget Sound. We have decades of combined experience in real estate investing, new construction, remodeling, rental management and project management. We do most of the work ourselves, but have established a team of sub-contractors who share our work ethic and philosophy of building trust through a handshake (most of our work comes as a referral.)

On this site, you will find examples of our work in our portfolio, customer comments and testimonials, and profiles of our experts. When you feel comfortable that we are the right choice to complete your project, large or small, you can request an appointment to meet us and discuss your work.
